Policies
Per HOA rules, no pets allowed in the units
Per county law, maximum occupancy of unit is
six (6) persons
This is a non-smoking condo
Refundable security deposit is $500, refunded
within 14 days of departure minus any damages.
Cleaning fees are $75 and 11.5 % state taxes
will be added.
All rates include utilities, local phone, boat
slip and cable TV, check – in after 3 pm and
check out before 10 am
